I do plan to continue with my plans to host an annual memorial fundraiser concert on my brother’s birthday, and I will be among the performers I am able to procure for the event, but for the rest of the year, I need to resume my focus on design and honing my skills in 3D modeling.

With the advent of mesh on the grid, my routine has been to work until about half hour before my shows, and go back to work immediately after each set because the learning curve is steep and I have a long way to go.  This likely makes me seem aloof and disinterested in being an active part of the music community in Second Life; however, the truth of the matter is I have a business to run – three actually (an urban apparel store, a custom avatar tattoo shop, and an art gallery) – and I simply don’t have the time to just hang out. Any spare time I do have needs to be spent with my real life family.

It’s been about two years since I started playing on the grid and I’m grateful to all the people who came to my shows and helped me along the way.

Scott’s catchphrase was “Music Always” – and so there is; his music - in my heart. But as for my music, I do believe it’s time to bring the score to its close.
